Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma
- MDRAO certification or successful completion of certificate through MDRAO at own expense at next available opportunity required if not currently certified
- Ministry of Labour Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training Certificate
- Knowledge of Infection Control Procedures and Routine Practices
- Operation and monitoring of steam autoclaves and other sterilizing/cleaning equipment including the recording of sterilizer test results
- Organizing surgical instrument trays
- Stocking and inventorying supply carts
- Working knowledge of computers including Meditech
